Nasa Chan
Don't have much time to write about my good friend Nasa who just recently visited the bay last week.
Nasa , her friend moko and i hit the streets to grab some clicks and chop it up about what we've been up to the past 2 years since we saw each other last. Although she used to live in the bay , she currently lives in Japan as a photographer/ web designer.
It was good to catch up and run around in the bustle of the san francisco christmas crowd. I'm excited to see the shots she took of me with her New hasse and i hope to see her in japan when i get the opportunity to visit.
You can see some of her work at the following links
thank you nasa and moko, it was great seeing you guys and i hope to see you again soon!

I hope that Eryone has a great Christmas and happy new year, i'm heading to portland tomorrow to spend the holidays with my amazing girl and her wonderful family for the holidays.
2010, can you believe it?
Love,

Hard to believe that in the 4 years of living in northern california i've never been to Tahoe.
But, thanks to my new family of friends thats no longer the case. I had a great time this past weekend and hope to be back on my board with all them good people very soon.

Arbor
Jenni and I were searching out snowboards for this weekends Tahoe trip and found out that they are having a snowboard design contest.
I own a 2005 arbor formula 48 and i love what the Venice California based snowboard company is all about.
So, i went ahead and submitted a Photo design for a board. Arbor always shows the bamboo wood on their boards and also the trademark tree logo as well.
If you guys could help me out a bit and simply sign up for account here at REI and then click here for arbor's contest page and click here to view and vote for my submission.
First prize is the board with my artwork on it!!!
Please take the time to sign up and vote for your homie JJC , you can vote up until 1/10/10
here's a look at what you would be voting for

206
I'm sittin' here geekin' out on a saturday night rendering video files , editing photos ect..ect.. and i wanted to post a little something about a scene i have followed pretty religiously for the past few years. It must have been back in 05' i started finding all these insanely talented cats from Seattle on myspace. Now, i love east coast hip hop and the Cali has a grip of talent as well but, wow the northwest has a stronghold on the hip hop something crazy. I think i stumbled over Macklemore & Kublikai first then Symmetry & Ryan Lewis and after that it was one talented soul after another. So, basically i wanted to write this to drop some names, pay my respects and enlighten others who aren't aware of some of what the 206 has to offer.
I won't be posting any of my work in this entry, instead links to all the incredible people that i want my readers to check out. Here is The Fake Empire Video project Featuring Macklemore and many others, produced by Ryan Lewis 09'.
And these next two short videos are from the making of "The Town" by Macklemore
Produced by Zia Mohajerjasbi who has recently become my new favorite videographer.
I really love sharing other peoples work thur my site and i hope you all enjoy me taking a break from posting my work for the sake of these hard working individuals.
They inspire me and i hope they do the same for you.
Here's some links to other Seattle folk that i dig.
